Aftercare at Rubedo

Continued Support For Growing Independence

For many neurodivergent young adults, the period immediately following residential treatment is when the gains made in a program are most vulnerable. Aftercare at Rubedo is designed to protect those gains while steadily building the independence that makes them last.

Rubedo Aftercare gives clients a bridge between structured residential treatment and fully independent living. Rather than a hard stop at graduation, support is tapered thoughtfully, at a pace that reflects each client's actual readiness.

Living Independently, With Rubedo Behind You

Aftercare clients live in their own apartments in the Portland area and come to the Rubedo house for services. The Rubedo house remains a familiar home base, and the team remains a familiar presence, while clients take on increasing ownership of their daily lives.

Aftercare is delivered by Rubedo's own clinical and coaching team, the same people clients worked with during the residential program. That continuity of relationship is intentional. When a client is navigating a hard week, a new job, or a difficult conversation, they are doing it with people who already know them deeply.
